To brew with 500ml boiling water or cold water for 10 miuntes; the tea bag could be reused to brew for several times.

Balance Tea is produced using 100% natural herbs. It can lower  "heaty"  type of body conditions, improve bad breath, assist in sleeplessness and adjust physiological conditions.

Directions of Use
